QUALIFICATIONS:
•at least 18 years old
• With good to excellent English communications skills (For email reporting)
• High School Graduate with or without BPO EXPERIENCE
• Undergraduates with or without BPO EXPERIENCE
• College Graduates/Fresh Graduates with or without BPO EXPERIENCE
• Vocational Course Graduates with or without BPO EXPERIENCE
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and respond to incoming emails accordingly
• Maintain and record all customer interactions via email and various internal support tools • Educate customers on options and steps being done to resolve their issues
• Achieve metrics set by team manager
