Electrical Engineer

Electrical Engineer ensures the efficient and safe operation of all electrical systems andequipment within the property. Their role is pivotal in maintaining a comfortable andsecure environment for guests and staff while upholding the resort's operationalstandards.Duties andResponsibilities? Responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electricalsystems, including power distribution, lighting, HVAC controls, elevators, firealarm systems, and other electrical infrastructure within the resort.? Overseeing the installation of new electrical systems, equipment, and upgrades.This involves planning, designing, and implementing electrical projects whileadhering to safety standards and local regulations.? Ensuring that all electrical systems meet safety codes and standards.Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify and resolve potential safetyhazards.? Implementing energy-efficient solutions and technologies to optimize powerconsumption and reduce utility costs without compromising guest comfort orsafety.? Be involved in projects related to entertainment systems, audiovisual equipment,spa facilities, and any other amenities that rely on electrical systems? Perform electrical maintenance.? Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, equipmentspecifications, and compliance reports. Providing reports to management asnecessary.? Responsible for the design, development, and optimization of solar panels.? Responsible for the efficient and safe installation of solar panels on the resort.? Perform preventive maintenance of solar panels, batteries and cables.? Check and repair all broken or damaged appliances.? Receive and respond to any maintenance complaint which requires technicalskill.? Keep all necessary maintenance tools.? Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.Qualifications? Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master'spreferred).? 1-5 years of experience in electrical engineering.? Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Altium, etc.).? Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards.? Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.? Effective communication and teamwork abilities.SALARY RANGE: 25k - 40kWORK LOCATIONS: Small Lalaguna, Sabang BeachWORK SCHEDULE: 6 times per week, 8 AM to 5 PM (time and off may be flexible)
