Design the course outline and learning design/session planner of training programs.
Develop storyboards, scripts and assessments aligned to the training design/session planner.
Ensure learning contents are accurate and aligned to the training design.
Design effective and highly engaging training materials using eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 aligned to the storyboards and script.
Ensure alignment to visual design branding and standards and FELCO Identity.
Evaluating eLearning programs created and ensuring learning objectives are met through thoughtful and engaging design.
Continuously scan and evaluate emerging technologies to ensure FELCO Learning modalities and technologies are up to date and in line with the times.
Manage and optimize Google Classroom/LMS to bring learning to all anytime, anywhere.
Conceptualize and design look and feel of LMS and its respective class/pages to establish FELCO branding and identity aligned to the subject matter.
Continuously scan and evaluate emerging technologies and platforms to ensure FELCO Learning systems are ahead of the curve.
Conceptualize and design graphic and audiovisual materials to market and communicate L&D Programs.
Education, Experience & Competencies:
College graduate, preferably in a course related to either Learning and Development or Multimedia and Design.
At least 1-2 years related work experience
