Editorial Support Agent - Non Voice Account / Must

Provides a timely and comprehensive support service to Authors, Editors and Reviewers of journals- Assists users regarding the functionalities of the system designed for specific roles (authors, editors and reviewers)- Assists users with any technical difficulties that they may encounter with the system- Assists authors/editors/reviewers with problems or questions within 8 hours of receipt of query- Provides a timely and comprehensive support service to Authors, Editors and Reviewers of journals- Assists users regarding the functionalities of the system designed for specific roles (authors, editors and reviewers)- Assists users with any technical difficulties that they may encounter with the system- Assists authors/editors/reviewers with problems or questions within 8 hours of receipt of query- Graduate of a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field- With strong English communication skills, both written and spoken- With very good organizational and analytical skills- Willing to work in shifting schedule including graveyard- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to applySchedule:- 8 hour shift- Rotational shift
