Duties and Responsibilities Derives/comes up with forecasting models and econometric model tools necessary to project the required data which will be used in the pricing studies/project studies;
Prepares socio-economic cost-benefits analysis using evaluation techniques/economic theories addressed at shadow pricing, calculation of economically indicators like B/C, Net Present Value (NPV) and the Internal Rate of Return (IRR];
Prepares economic base studies applicable to existing projects studies and other related functions;
Draws research design in coordinating with the statisticians to serve as a guide fir any studies to be made;
Performs such other functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Those interested shall apply at the Personnel Division, Department of Transportation, Unit 2524, DOTr Compound, Pinatubo street corner Sergio Osmena St., Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, on or before 16 September 2019 with the following documents and credentials:
1. Application letter indicating the position being applied for
2. Personal Data Sheet revised 2017 and work experience sheet. (Both are downloadable to CSC website)
3. Comprehensive Resume with one (1) 2x2 colored picture
4. Authenticated copy of Transcript of Records and Diploma
5. Certified true copy of authenticated CSC Eligibility/BAR/Board results
6. Certificates of trainings/ seminars attended
7. Service Record / Certificate of Employment
8. Certification as to units earned in post graduate studies (Masters/Doctorate)
9. Performance rating in the last rating period (if applicable)
10. Other credentials
All documents must be certified as true copies by the proper authorities or the applicants may present the originals for comparison with the photocopies.
Those who respond to this Announcement online (e.g., email) are still required to submit hard copies of their application letters and authenticated supporting documents in sealed envelopes. In case where they apply for more than one (1) position, they are likewise required to submit separate sets of documents per position.
