Company Background:Please review our website prior to the interview.E-Commerce Assistant/Customer ServiceDAILY TASKS:- Knowledge of products, materials, policies, and marketplace trends/ activities- Upload, maintain and revise product listings on Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, and Facebook marketplace- Data entry: Log daily requests & orders, inventory changes, inbound delivery changes, new pricing, track competitor pricing- Manage customer orders and requests: process returns, replacements, refunds, open investigation/ carrier cases, & follow up- Analyze comments, questions, interactions, and being able to present solutions to problems- Identifying issues with the listing details, shipping, inventory, and customer-related questionsQUALIFICATIONS:- Some knowledge/ experience with Amazon/Walmart Marketplace, Marketing Services, and Fulfillment by Amazon- Strong English communication skills, written, verbal, grammar, tone, and professionalism- Strong attention to detail- Fast and efficient self-learner- Ability to categorize & prioritize responsibilities- Ability to multitask.- Good attitude toward problem-solving & willingness to find answers when there is no clear guidancePlease answer the following questions:1.
