Qualifications:
Graduate of Computer Science, IT, Marketing, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, Creative Design or Mass Communications
At least three (3) years proven relevant skills and experience in graphic and multimedia development, design and layout and/or related field, preferably worked for corporate clients from major industries locally or from EMEA and APAC regions
Good interpersonal and professional communication skills to work effectively with individuals and cross-functional teams with different levels of technical knowledge
Demonstrated capacity to work both independently and in multi-disciplinary team environments.
Ability to assess priorities, exercise discretionary judgment and negotiate for positive outcomes
Structured, accurate, systematic and committed to deliver within deadlines
Experience working in a multicultural, diverse and shared services environment
Has business and result oriented mindset
Willing to work on a Mid-shift and holidays
Technical Skills
Knowledgeable in HTML5, Adobe products such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Captivate and Adobe Flash, 3D modelling and animation tools like 3Ds Max is preferred but not required.
Knowledgeable and/or with experience in LMS (Learning Management) systems, software and tools, database functionality maintenance and reporting tools
Demonstrated project management skills in the development of digital learning assets and/or e-learning (electronic) learning with a capacity to scope realistic projects, meet timeframes and deliver outcomes
Duties and Responsibilities
Monitors and reviews progress and accuracy of work, directs efforts towards achieving agreed performance metrics.
Responsible in submission and coordination of status report(s) and/or other required report by the immediate supervisor/management.
Work closely and with Business Partners/Leaders in global locations, to ensure messages are accurate, effective and timely to the right audience
Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare the content and design and present the framework design/s to the customer with description of the idea meant to be communicated.
Manage activities associated with content development and design and the learning system tool
Ensures quality and efficiency of work deliverables
Conceptualize, plan and create multimedia design and support to the organizations requirement by producing visual design, content layouts, and customized learning products while maintaining brand consistency.
Create an exciting, engaging, and interactive online experience through various digital communication collaterals such as but not limited to company powerpoint presentation, learning design, learning/company home page, learning systems and other relevant digital platform and/or channels.
