Adapting to the e-commerce growth in the country, Great Deals E-commerce Corporation delivers end-to-end opportunities to reach the fullest potential of brand's e-commerce capabilities.**About the Role**:We are looking for a Shop Operations Associate who will conduct product enrollment which involves product listing, price changes, product description and ensure the accuracy of promo enrollment.**In this role, you are expected to**:- Responsible in product uploading at OMS and platform seller center- Adheres to product listing requirements set by Platform- Implementation of approved price changes in the system- Ensures accurate and timely promo enrollment and product uploads- Leads coordination within cross-functional teams**This job might be fit for you if you have the following**:- Preferably with at least 1-year administrative work experience- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply- Business communication skills- Proactive and solutions-oriented- Highly-task oriented and keen to details- Organized and being able to prioritize and meet critical deadlines- Fast learner and quick to adopt to new system**It's a plus if you have the following**:- Experience in any e-commerce platform- Knowledge in promo enrollment and product listing**Benefits**:- Flextime- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Flexible shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
