Job Description:
Manage the day to day planning, spend and optimisation of multiple ad campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads and other paid digital channels Report on campaign performance and derive insights from results Proactively recommend areas for improvement and be the “paid media champion” within the business Run tests on audiences, creatives and bid strategies to achieve cost efficiencies Work with the Digital Growth Manager to plan paid campaigns, allocate budgets and achieve ROAS targets through strategic optimisation Liaise with Account Representatives from Facebook, Google etc to continually implement best practice recommendations across all ad accounts Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years experience managing ad campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads 2+ years digital marketing experience or media agency experience Extensive knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads and Google Analytics. Pinterest Ads or Criteo experience is a bonus Experience running successful multivariate tests with a proven ability to identify optimisations in creative, copy, targeting or bid strategy Evidence of the ability to execute ad campaign optimisations to drive spend efficiency and/or increase performance. Experience with e-commerce campaigns is a bonus You’re organised, analytical and 100% data-driven. You’re able to find opportunities for constant optimisation. Testing and iterating comes second-nature to you You’re an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail - both written and verbal You’re self-sufficient, self-motivated and able to quickly adapt to change working in a fast-paced startup in an ever-changing environment
