E-Commerce Channel Lead

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare e-commerce sales plans, including but not limited to targets, projections, selling activities, and business development
Manage execution of channel sales plans in order to drive sales and hit targets
Oversee day-to-day operations of the E-commerce Team
Serve as point of contact for key online platform contacts and ensure regular engagement and relationship management
Ensure on time stock availability to support channel sales growth
Ensure timely resolution of issues raised by internal team and key contact persons across all online sales platforms
Ensure coordination of brand marketing, as well as pricing and product strategies to drive traffic and sales
Monitor and take relevant action to maintain acceptable customer feedback level
Develop content and collateral plan for e-commerce on social media and online platforms
Ensure maintenance and brand alignment of websites and platforms while ensuring execution of content and shop details
Prepare monthly report and insights on E-Commerce channel performance

Job Qualification:
Degree in Management, Marketing, or similar course
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience (sales, marketing, or similar)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
With project management experience
With experience in management of multiple stakeholders
With basic knowledge of marketing content strategy and social media planning
With basic knowledge of data analytics and reporting
Must be tech-savvy - with capability to utilize online platforms and software

COVID-19 considerations: Office works on a Team A and B setup, with only 25% of the team reporting to the office. This role will be on a work-from-home basis, with possibility of reporting to office only once a week or as necessary.
