Details of the Division and Team: DWS is a global organization providing discretionary and advisory asset management services.The Integrated Reporting Vice President has over-all responsibility to the team and process around timely preparation of internal and external reporting for DWS. The role is also responsible for the initial validation and control on the reports being delivered by the extended team in Manila to ensure its integrity and compliance of the division.

20 days Annual Vacation Leaves Your key responsibilities:
Coordination and active contribution to the timely preparation of high-quality reports such as but not limited to reports given or provided to: CFO, Management Board/Supervisory Board quarterly and annual reports, Interim and Annual Regulatory Reports, Orion subgroup vs. DeAM segment reporting, etc.
Provide and deliver adhoc requirements, as needed
Ensure an efficient and effective control reporting framework
Interface with other functions inside and outside Orion subgroup, including DB Group Finance, Tax, and Investor Relations group.
Ensure reporting meets requirements and develop the reporting content and processes to the next level.
Your skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, or its Business-related equivalents with Accounting courses
Experience in financial analysis in accounting or audit gained from the Financial Services, Audit or BPO industry
Analytical and problem solving skills combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven leadership and negotiation skills
