Draftsman / 3D Renderer

JE HYDRO & BIO-ENERGY CORPORATIONIs urgently looking for: DRAFTSMAN / 3D RENDERERDraftsman**Responsibilities**: Use computer-aided design software to create 3D and 2D technical drawingsMake changes to technical drafts based on the recommendations of the project engineers and architectsCalculate dimensions and material requirementsOutline the construction process of the project on the technical drawingsThe Draftsperson is responsible for the preparation of architectural designs and drawings using AutoCAD and REVIT and ensuring that design drawings conform to specifications provided.Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems.- Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations.Communicating with architects and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings. Preparing, reviewing, and redrafting alongside the engineering team.Draftsman Requirements and QualificationsAssociate or bachelor's degree in drafting, engineering, or a relevant fieldExperience with AutoCAD software (1-2 years minimum)Experience with SolidWorks software a plusMath skillsAttention to detailMinimum Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Civil EngineeringMinimum 1 year to 2 years working experience in architecture and construction.**Required Skills**:Autocad,3Ds Max, Vray, Sketchup & Lumion
