JOB DESCRIPTION
Controls and processes incoming reservations and cancelled units;
Records the progress of all reservations and prepares weekly, monthly and annual sales reports;
Maintains a record of all quotations requested by the marketing department;
Maintains showroom price-list; updates and controls price list of all projects;
Maintains and updates the buyers’ master list;
complete and process requirements for government agencies
Other clerical tasks.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree;
With previous work experience in a real estate for 1 to 2 years;
Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint).
willing to be assigned in Marilao Bulacan and Angeles Pampanga
willing to work on Saturday
willing to start as soon as possible
Fresh Graduate are welcome
