Job Summary:
TheDoc Drawer Specialistis responsible in reviewing information in loan file to ensure accuracy and creditworthiness; create closing loan documents for conventional and government loans.
Essential Functions:
Address discrepancies discovered by communicating effectively with related departments; make necessary corrections to files
Addresses urgent post doc draw issues with Escrow and transmits corrected closing packages in a timely manner
Analyze contents of each loan file to ensure data integrity
Analyze HUD, pull out escrow and title fees and apply them accurately to the closing docs
Analyze prelims and appraisals for accurate property information
Carries out any duties/assignments/projects as requested
Corresponds with Remote Operations Center in receiving and preparing collateral folder documentation
Follow all instructions provided by manager and keep up to date on changes to instructions, procedures and compliance. Apply changes in a timely fashion to workflow
Draw conventional and government loan documents in states that have wet or dry fundings; draw documents for RPM correspondent lenders
Interpret doc requests and apply those requests accurately to the loan file
Perform analytics on every file to ensure compliance with TILA, RESPA, and MDIA
Perform checks on every file to test for HPML thresholds
Researches federal and state regulations as requested
Utilize daily pipeline reports to manage time and daily workload with limited supervision
Work with Supervisor in approving Power of Attorney and Trust documentation
Works with Post-Close team to provide corrected documentation
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 year of prior experience doing similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to proactively resolve problems.
Time management, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, process-centered environment.
Must be well organized and be able to plan for and meet production deadlines
