Distributor Manager

The Distributor Manager will be responsible in managing the Distributor's and lower trade business activities in his assigned area for general sales administration and credit control, for managing the Distributor's accounts, coordinate and implement marketing and sales policies to achieve common objectives, manage quotas for Distributor van salesmen, for leading, motivating and coaching the Distributor staff to achieve set objectives, while complying with the Company's policies and procedures, accepted legitimate sales and marketing practices, and rules and regulations pertaining to Company's operations.
Qualifications
Preferably assigned and handled the General Trade business in Negros Area
Must be a resident of either Bacolod or Dumaguete (Residents in other areas & have had no sales
work experience will not be processed)
Graduate of any 4-year business degree (Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce,
Marketing or equivalent preferred)
With proven effective leadership ability.
Excellent in the use of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
Highly analytical and with good comprehension skills.
Good negotiation skills
