Distributor Development Manager (Cavite/Laguna Based)

The Distributor Development Manager (DDM) is responsible for the overall 5Ps execution excellence in the assigned districts. Working closely with appointed distributors, the role ensures the execution of brand and channel strategies where Perfetti van Melle products are sold in the provinces of Cavite, Laguna, and Palawan.

Buying Accounts Distribution and Growth
Accounts Receivables and Bad Orders Management
Regional Distributors Profitability
Market Stalls Activation
Sub-distributors appointment
Collaboration with Trade Marketing/Merchandising to spot and address in-store opportunities
Lead the accomplishment of required reports
Conduct fieldwork across all trade channels to ensure proper saturation and programs execution

At least 3 years experience in General Trade sales, preferably in the same territory
Has P&L understanding
College/University graduate, Major in Business, or any related course
Good presentation, influencing, and communication skills
Adept in Microsoft Office
Based in Cavite or Laguna
