Distribution Sr. Supervisor

Supervises daily activities of a large sized warehouse team to ensure successful inbound shipments, preparation for outbound shipping, and loading and unloading of trucks.
Input provided on the development of processes and procedures for continuous improvement; identifies areas of improvement within the team.
Coordinates work schedules, staffing requirements, and training requirements to maximize productivity.
Has accountability for the performance of the team.
Identify and analyze potential problems; develop and implement preventive actions; identify and analyze out of control situations; develop and implement controls and permanent corrective actions; implement the Littefuse Distribution System

Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder preferably in supply chain or logistics related courses
With at least 7 years relevant experience in Logistics and Distribution functions
Knowledgeable in SAP MM, IM and WMS modules
With relevant background and hand-on experience in PEZA / BOC transactions.
With good English communication skills to communicate with internal customers, team members, and management
Has Strong analytical skills and with high attention to details
With strong leadership and supervisory skills
