Dispatching Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Schedule, dispatch and monitor daily deliveries during in transit and at locations according to delivery schedules, customer’s requests, and/or needs as required.
• Prepares daily delivery route and allocate trucks to be used in accordance with the daily Pick Lists scheduled by the respective sales coordinators.
• Supervise actual loading of items scheduled for delivery
• Ensure correct loading in accordance with the route schedule to prevent from penalties due to misrouting, wrong and delay deliveries.
• Ensure that all loaded trucks are dispatch within the scheduled time of departure.
• Monitors driver’s performance through the Daily Itinerary Reports and feedback from customers. Performance reports must be submitted to the Logistics Manager for evaluation and review.
• Accomplishes report such as Delivery Performance Report, Failure Report, Discrepancy Report and Incident Reports.
• Eliminate delivery failures such as backloads, wrong item or quantity delivered, wrong delivery address, and others. 100% accuracy on delivery
• Perform other warehouse and logistics related functions as maybe assigned to him by his immediate superior from time to time. (As needed)
QUALIFICATIONS
• With one year and above supervisory experience.
• College graduate, above average oral and written communication skills. Good command of communication skills
• Can do reports and computer literate.
Willing to be assigned in ERMITA, MANILA and VITAS MANILA
