In your new role you will: Conduct investigations on cases reported or detected and provide conclusion, implement corrective and presentive action to ensure no reoccurance with statistics trending Conduct risk assessment and market checks to ensure security measure and system at sites are update to with latest market trends and technologies Teaming up with other department in investigation Security incident report cases year on year plus undertake special assignments and ad-hoc functions and relatied duties as and when required. Develop, implement and enforce a structured and comprehensive training programs on security modules for all personnel and enhance the competencies by manage and provide effective leadership to the entire security team including coaching and mentoring to all subordinate inline with succession planning Plan and conduct security audits either on a scheduled basis, randomly / ad hoc to evaluated all blocks risk and how to mitigation plan to it Develop, implement and revise as necessary, contingency, emergency and continuation of operations plans in response to emergencies or disasters by Establish, maintain and review of security documentation (SOP / formats / checklist) Strategies and lead on enforcement to curb disciplinary and unhealthy issues with fast decision making and develops and maintains good working relationship with local law enforcement authorities Prepare the annual budget and ensure that all expenses are accounted for within the approved budget Oversee critical scrap handling at production floor and interim room You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelors degree in Security or related courses Data driven decision making skills Ability to anticipate risk, challenges and resolving them quickly Demonstrate and live up high performance behaviour and leadership principles Good investigation, interpersonal & Leadership skills Great presentation, management and coaching skills Good knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process Ability to collaborate, negotiate and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery Our offer in Malacca Wide range of training offers & planning of career development International assignments Different career paths: Project Management, Technical Ladder, Management & Individual Contributor Exempt working hours are flexible within core hours (9am-12pm & 2pm- 5.15pm) Home office options for certain tasks or due to personal circumstances.
