Job Description/Summary Supervises and coordinates the services of the facilities management units in DLSU Laguna and Lian Campuses; Supervises each unit in instituting, reviewing, and revising policies and operational procedures governing the execution of plans, ensuring compliance with university and government regulations; Ensures the effective and efficient delivery of all the facilities management services in coordination with the respective offices; Initiates and recommends proposals in line with the short-term and long-term development of the DLSU Laguna and Lian Campuses Ensures that requests and proposals from internal and external parties on matters related to facilities management are evaluated and handled timely and appropriately; Reviews plans and specifications for work to be performed by contractors in DLSU Laguna and Lian Campuses to assure that preferred architectural and engineering design features are incorporated; Initiates the monitoring and evaluation of contractors' and service providers' performance for possible renewal or non-renewal of contracts; Performs campus planning, space utilization, project program of requirements and other tasks to include special studies that involve technical investigations and analysis and recommends solutions to unique planning, engineering and administrative problems as may be required; Performs the other related duties as assigned by the Vice President for Laguna Campus How to Apply: The application letter should be addressed to the:
