Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals. Collaborate with senior management on HR priorities supporting business growth. Lead talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning strategies. Organizational Development: Evaluate and recommend changes to improve organizational structure. Drive change management initiatives for organizational transformation. Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and development. Workforce Planning and Management: Forecast staffing needs and develop recruitment plans. Oversee recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. Analyze workforce metrics for optimal staffing levels. Employee Relations and Engagement: Maintain positive employee relations through effective communication. Implement engagement programs to foster a positive work environment. Conduct employee feedback surveys to drive improvement. Performance Management: Enhance performance management systems for clear expectations. Support managers in conducting performance evaluations and goal setting. Identify training needs to address performance gaps. Compensation and Benefits: Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs. Monitor industry trends to ensure competitive compensation practices. Manage employee benefits programs. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Mitigate HR-related risks and address complaints effectively. Oversee investigations into HR-related complaints. Global Business Support Division: Provide strategic HR leadership to global business support division. Collaborate with divisional leaders to address HR challenges. Ensure consistency in HR policies across the division.
Qualifications: Experience: 15 to 18 years with 5 years at top management level.
Education: Master's Degree in Human Resources.
Industry : Manufacturing & Shared services preferred.
