(4) DIMSUM COOK Key Responsibilities: Production of all items with the correct recipe card and procedure, correct quantity and of good quality.Ensures to maintain the highest standard of cleanliness inside the kitchenCreates and implements new menu ideasControls the cost and wastages to meet target budget specificationsEnsures timely and quality service ofthe food for production, menu items according to service specifications and guest expectations.Qualifications: At least High School graduate with at least 5 years experience as a Cook specializing in Chinese cuisine, particularly Dimsum.Highly knowledgeable about food safety and GMP standardsThe position is a restaurant-based post.Must be willing to render shifting schedule with 6 days work week.
