Job description
Work with Social Lead to plan and execute paid strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads and other media buys for digital placements.
Prepare and implement day-to-day digital media plans and oversee campaign management with assigned accounts.
Provide media planning recommendations and offer inventive problem-solving, both internally and externally, while maintaining a successful vendor, client and cross-department relationships.
Develop strategically-proven media recommendations with supporting rationale.
Lead buy stewardship, analyze campaigns, and recommend tactical changes to improve campaign performance.
Assist in analysis of research to develop strategies and tactics.
Researches and compiles competitive data.
Stay up to date on algorithm changes and best practices on paid advertising placements

Job Qualification:
2+ years of media planning experience, preferably in an agency setting.
Understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics setup and metrics
Strong Powerpoint
ability to build visual presentations
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Prior knowledge and experience of the digital marketing ecosystem.
Strong understanding of paid social, digital video, & basic programmatic ads
Meticulous, organized, can handle and knows how to prioritize multiple tasks
Willingness to collaborate on ideas that extend beyond media-specific tasks
Self-starter, able to work both independently and in a team environment.
