Client Profile: This company assist different organizations to increase their performance by providing resolution and services in technology, operation and strategy. They are serving more than 38 years here in the Philippines.
Position: Digital Marketing Team Lead (SEO/SEM)
Company Industry: BPO
Location: Taguig
Salary Offer: Php70,000-Php80,000 Gross
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Work Set Up: Onsite
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree holder
With experience in designing/managing digital marketing campaigns
With experience working in South East Asia/South East Asian clients
Job Responsibilities:
Perform behavioral analysis to define and optimize campaigns, with expertise in end-to-end channel management.
Manage company SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
Determine data requirements and apply relevant insights to campaign and plan optimization.
Conduct multivariate studies and A/B testing with explicit rationales and defined outcomes for each trial.
Understand and evaluate customer behavior.
Campaigns are continuously optimized and agile in terms of budget, channel mix, creative requirements, and so on.
Drive the engagement with little supervisor interaction and should be able to work independently from onshore or offshore.
Establish and strengthen workplace relationships efficiently.
Calculate and simulate the impact of leads generated via digital channels, and evaluate channel ROI.
Collaborate with Tele Sales and Feet on Street teams to understand the campaign.
