Job Description:
Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website; track conversion
rates and make improvements on the usability, design, content and conversion ofthe company website.Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns; utilize a range of techniques
including paid search, search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC).Provide analytic reports with recommendations specific to driving and optimizing
traffic, behavior, campaign response, keyword research/analyses and SEO.Formulate and execute branding and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
Lead the redesign of the company website and other marketing materials.
Plan, recommend and monitor utilization of budget for all digital marketing
activities.Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
Interface with Marketing and Digital Teams in the development of contents for the
Company website.Develop and implement efficient procedures and workflows for the digital content
life cycle, including creation, approval, revision and removal.Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in
digital marketing.Review and evaluate other channels to drive new customer acquisition through
online tools.Coordinate with Regional Office’s Digital Team to help develop, execute, analyze and
refine campaigns.Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Skills and Requirements:Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing,
Communication, Creative Mutimedia, Digital Media, Information Technology orrelevant fieldAt least 2 years of working experience specializing in digital marketing, advertising,
media planning or related fieldExperience in managing a successful media or online campaign
Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics and the ability to analyze and
interpret data.In-depth knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Adwords programs
Knowledge in HTML, Javascript, and media editing software
Excellent communication, analytical and project management skills
Proactive and creative thinker
