Digital Marketing Operations Specialist - 005TXW Job Description POSITION:
•Drive overall Marketing department efficiency by establishing key
operational analysis and facilitating a diverse range of business process
improvement projects
. Partner with other Marketing Operations roles to manage the data, processes, and systems to make the Marketing engine as efficient as possible.
•Support operational analysis and process development in a wide variety
of marketing related roles and across a significant number of systems.
•Experience in developing marketing automation programs, lead nurturing
and online content
•Excellent technical skills and experience using Salesforce, Excel
•Marketo Skills desirable – but not essential, training will be provided
•Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and great attention
to detail
•Goal-oriented, organised, self-motivated, & able to juggle time-sensitive priorities; Good
team player, proactive
•Minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role

Qualifications
Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy, Business Management, Banking and Finance preferably Marketing.
At least 1 Year of experienced in Master Data Administration (or Marketing Support) a shared services environment is a plus
Strong academic background for fresh graduate.
Marketing background is not a must but good to have.
Wiling to work in Epza, Rosario Cavite
