Our client is an emerging EdTech startup that has a reach of hundreds thousands students. Through their platform, students are able to access courses from the best teachers. They have made a significant impact on education in the country and are aiming to introduce this platform to countries in the region.
The Job
You will be responsible for:
Leading the Digital Marketing function at the organisation along with a vision to foresee future trends and strategise accordingly
Maintaining social networking channels and adding our presence on new ones in the market
Generating new content ideas and driving content marketing initiatives to drive more traffic and engagement on the website and social media channels
Maximising campaign ROI via split testing on ad copies to help optimise copy, creative and audience targeting
Utilising a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and paid social marketing
Tracking site performance and develop new processes to improve SEO traffic
Preparing reports on performance on individual campaigns along with other teams
The Profile
You have at least 3 years experience, within in Digital Marketing or Marketing Communications role.
Experience within CRM/ Loyalty Marketing and Performance marketing would be a strong advantage.
You have good knowledge of Campaign Management Tools (eg. Hubspot) and Web Analytics Tools (eg. Google Analytics).
You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
