Responsibilities Support the Head of Marketing in keeping track of team performance, deliverables, and KPIs Oversee and manage the end-to-end implementation of marketing and business strategies Work closely with the Marketing and Commercial teams to understand overall business objectives and monitor output and deliverables across the business Support Marketing and Commercial teams in campaign planning, including but not limited to generating ROI forecasts and budgeting Regularly monitor and analyze campaign and marketing performance Work with various teams within Marketing to ensure that strategies are aligned with business goals and create highly relevant communication strategies to nurture leads throughout the marketing funnel Perform user journey and performance analysis according to business needs with cross data sources between Google Analytics, Email & CRM database, etc. Regularly propose optimization and techniques for paid and unpaid channels to improve KPIs Identify campaign and market trends, insights, and target segments Propose and evaluate new channels to explore Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in marketing and demand generation Minimum 2 years working experience with Google Analytics Comfortable in measuring, manipulating, and analyzing data Well versed with different digital marketing strategies including performance marketing, content, SEO, and lifecycle marketing Working experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and/or TikTok Ads Manager is a plus Experience in using data visualization tools (e.g. Data Studio, Tableau, Metabase etc.) would be a bonus Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and Microsoft Powerpoint / Google Slides High sense of urgency and best in class work ethics Excellent in connecting, managing, and leading people Good presentation skills Ability to manage cross-functional projects and has keen attention to detail An independent individual who is comfortable in a matrix organization and in a start-up role A 'can-do' attitude when it comes to new projects; looking for an individual who is excited about thinking of new solutions to improve processes and solve problems Fluent in English and Tagalog NOTE: The list of qualifications is a guide.
