Details of the offer

Reporting to the Vice President for Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager leads and manages the company’s digital marketing efforts:
· Develop the digital marketing strategy for the overall business, brands, and business units
· Create, develop, and manage all of the company’s digital marketing assets
· Plan, execute, and monitor all digital marketing activities, including website(s) development, content creation and management, SEO/SEM, social media campaigns, e-commerce campaigns, display advertising campaigns, mobile and app-based campaigns, email marketing campaigns, sms-based campaigns, and other digital-based marketing activities
· Design, develop and nurture the company’s social media presence and messaging platforms presence
· Oversee, manage, and develop the e-commerce strategy and platforms to drive continuous growth for consumer sales
· Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (KPIs, ROIs, Budgets)
· Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance
· Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
· Plan, execute, and measure marketing experiments, conversion tests, and online researches
· Collaborate with internal teams to develop and manage websites, microsites, landing pages, and other digital assets
· Optimize digital user experiences
· Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and consumer/customer touch points
· Manage consumer/customer databases and funnels
· Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
· Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Proven working experience in digital marketing
· Demonstrable experience leading and managing social media and FB, IG, YT advertising, ecommerce, messaging, display advertising, SEO/SOM and/or email campaigns
· Clear understanding of market segmentations by brand target audiences, and possesses the ability to identify the relevant digital platforms and campaigns to reach the correct audience, grow awareness, and drive conversion
· Extensive experience in using Facebook Business Manager and Advertising platform, Pixels
· Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
· Experience with marketing and growing sales via shopping platforms (i.e. Lazada, Shopee, and owned platforms)
· Experience in optimizing landing pages and consumer funnels a plus but not required
· Good working knowledge of website analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics)
· Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns a plus
· Experience working on multiple brands in B2C and/or B2B businesses (both preferred)
· Analytical and data-driven
· Creative and able to envision a future state for a company’s coherent digital presence across multiple businesses and brands
· Pro-active and self-starter, able to manage multiple teams and stakeholders in support of an agreed vision
· Up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
· Familiarity with international markets a plus but not required
