Position Snapshot Position Summary Lead the digital transformation of the Nestle Infant Nutrition in the PH emphasizing on Life Time Value (1500 and beyond) approach.

Develop and execute closed loop digital ecosystems for NIN brands (Integration of Owned and Paid digital assets) to guide NIN brands to adapt to agile marketing and to think digital first.
Develop efficient digital media marketing strategies with measurable KPIs (Ad Conversion to leads and purchase, Social Media Page and Influencer Engagement)
Manage the construction and continuous revision of NIN brands' websites and social media assets to improve usability, design, content, drive loyalty and conversion.
Supports and collaborates with cross-functional teams (Zone eBusiness Group, SBU Service Pillar Group, Finance, LGO, CES, and Brand Leads.) to ensure alignment of CRM plans, Brand Corner Development, and overall site maintenance.
Develop people and team/s through sustained engagement, quality PDP, and effective talent management & succession planning
Management of Partnerships of Key Digital Partners, publishers, agencies, and platforms.
What will make you successful
Minimum 3 years experience in Digital Marketing with deep understanding of social media marketing, digital media advertising; including SEM, SEO, web assets management, CRM and Brand Marketing Communications
Experience in successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns
Excellent project and change management skills.
