As they expand, they seek a dynamic and skilled Digital Marketing Generalist to create a marketing team and contribute to the overall success of their core businesses while growing this business division as a service provider to our other clients and creating an additional profit center.
Position Overview: As a Digital Marketing Generalist, you will be pivotal in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. You will initially work alone, build a team of talented marketers based on business growth, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. This role requires a strategic mindset, hands-on digital marketing expertise, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and an entrepreneurial streak!
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. Oversee all aspects of digital marketing channels, including but not limited to, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and digital advertising. Analyze key metrics and performance data to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and creative, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage. Manage digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve business targets. Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion in digital marketing channels. Develop this division to become a service provider and a revenue-generating one Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus. 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in leading and executing digital marketing campaigns. Strong entrepreneurial skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tactics, and tools, with expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive informed decision-making. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and driving results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
