We are looking for a hungry, passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Assistant who will have a leading role in defining our customer success during this hyper growth phase and be an integral part of our company for years to come. This full time role is homebased and will be working closely with colleagues in Hong Kong, Philippines, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Amsterdam.
The ideal candidate has an analytical, data-driven mindset and hands-on experience managing Facebook ads on a day-to-day operations level. The applicant must be up for a challenging, but rewarding experience supporting our growing portfolio of clients – some of the world’s largest Kickstarter and Indiegogo campaigns.
We are looking for team-players, go-getters with strong multi-tasking ability to manage multi-million dollar client campaigns. We are a team of young and hard-working professionals that go the extra mile to ensure client success whilst having a lot of fun along the way!
Setting up and scheduling email campaigns to ensure leads are kept warm during pre-launch, creative copywriting in English will be essential
Generating performance reports on a regular basis and providing recommendations for further ad optimisation
Onboarding new clients to our services and ensuring a great experience
Supporting the set up of ad tracking with surveys and pixel tracking
Answering client queries via email, Slack, Skype, Google Meet, Zoom and other means of communication
Formulating and refining ad planners for Facebook and Google Ad campaigns that optimise for lead generation and purchase conversion for multiple clients simultaneously.
Developing Google Ads, Social Media campaigns and any online channels to drive traffic to client and own campaigns under the supervision of the Performance Marketing Manager
Supporting the Account Manager to present data is a concise and diligent manner to increase client retention
Supporting pre-sales lead generation efforts and building the sales pipeline to attract new clients
Research and explore new promotional channels for advertising platforms (e.g. TikTok, SMS, reddit)
