Duties/ResponsibilitiesYou will support CFOs and finance organizations to craft and implement strategies anchored on digital disruption, new age operating models and best-in-class practices, to drive market differentiation.Interact with clients to gather and evaluate business requirements and recommend best practices to implement most effective solution.Create cost-effective operating models for clients as you enable new technology solution for them and drive deliverables.Work with leading global clients in developing and executing system design, blueprinting, proof of concepts, data modelling, etc. in Finance technology solutions in SAPLead project delivery of Finance module / application design, blueprint, solutioning, modelling, proof-of-concept development, etcDraw on extensive knowledge and experience across SAP System Integration projects to provide insightful, deal-relevant points of view and recommendations based on robust analysisMinimum Qualifications:Strong bilingual proficiency in JLPT N1 or N2 qualified or betterAbility to hold business conversations with Japan Leadership and Japanese ClientsAbility to generate deliverables in JapaneseAt least 4-7 years of experienceSAP FICO or Oracle Fusion or Oracle EBS (e-business suite) design and implementationFinance business process knowledge related to Organization Structure, Master Data, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, General Ledger, Chart of Accounts, Taxation, Treasury, etc.Experience in SAP/ other ERP reporting capabilities in BI/BO, BW, SAC, etc.Understanding of SAP and Allied Systems' Reporting and Customization capabilitiesUnderstanding of Fiori and Dashboard development capabilities in SAP Core ERP and Allied SystemsDeep knowledge and experience in SAP and other ERP system Integration projects, namely, SAP ECC and S/4HANA Finance modules / applicationsDrawing on extensive knowledge and experience across SAP System Integration projects to be able to deliver projects on design and implementationProcess Expertise in Finance, Operating Model, Shared Services, Delivery Operations
