WSP Middle East is seeking a Development Manager to join an ongoing project in NEOM, Saudi Arabia.
Your new role, what's involved Guide the project development process, through different project steps up to and including the practical completion to ensure the achievement of the project vision. Monitor Development Briefs and Reports including identification of opportunities/risks; site conditions; outline project/stakeholders' requirements; cost estimates and anticipated revenues; market studies; range of consultants and others to be engaged for the project; project feasibility studies and appraisals; funding options; project timeframe, proposed future actions and recommendations, project KPI's Prepare and obtain different documents required for the preparation and approval of Preliminary, Investment and Project Budgets by different stakeholders in compliance with policies and procedures. Assist with the development of the CAPEX and OPEX budgets for the overall scheme. Present information on project costs and anticipated revenues; communicate information to different teams to prepare Feasibility Business Cases. Monitor performance; report on development; review programs; and confirm cost and program compliance with business cases and to present designs to ensure adherence to time, cost and quality requirements The candidate will carry out the necessary market research in order to make a full appraisal of the development, so that changes can be implemented early on in order to maximise the potential of the property portfolio. We'd love to hear from you if you have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Architecture, or related fields. Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience. Prior experience in delivering a hotel project, covering pre and post-contract stages.
