Client Industry: BPO Job Description and Qualification: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your role will be to triage, investigate and debug issues with the client’s platform
Evaluate the systems' problems to recommend enhancements
Complete routine and ad hoc tasks defined by the client accurately and within the defined SLA’s
QUALIFICATIONS:
Above excellent written and verbal communication skills
3-5 years experience of work experience in Tech Support or related is required
Excellent problem solving skills
Knowledge of SQL and the ability to write queries to extract data
Ability to debug code, preferably Ruby & Javascript
Knowledge of git and the ability to read commit history
Ability to diagnose an issue that is technical in nature
Show initiative and work autonomously
High level of organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities
Meticulous attention to detail What you’ll be doing
