Designer (Space Planning)

Qualifications:Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Interior Design, Industrial Technology major in Drafting, Architecture or any related courseAt least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Required Skill(s): Sketch Up, AutoCAD (Space Plan), Vray Rendering, PhotoshopKnows how to read and draw floor plan with dimensionsStrong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work under pressure.Job Responsibilities:Use software to create detailed 2D or 3D designs for complex projects.Responsible for creating and updating layouts of a specific space using CAD software.Draft or encode the proposed design based on customer's specifications.Preparation of design, shop as-built drawings as required.Visiting sitesPerform design reviews and offer feedback on design improvements and optimizations.
