DEMPSEY RESOURCE MANAGEMENT, INC.Monthly Salary PHP: NEGO UPON INTERVIEW OR STATE YOUR EXPECTED SALARYLocation:EASTWOOD, BAGUMBAYAN, QUEZON CITYIndustry:REAL ESTATE Job Description•Manage multiple projects, coordinate, and communicate effectively with other department/s and external consultants•Monitor Project Assignment status•Reports directly to Design Manager and Higher Management•Responsible in weekly presentation report on project assignment•Prepares daily/weekly accomplishment report•Can read plans & drawings (Architectural and MEPF)•Reporting of project updates and progress•Responsible in coordination with Project Management Team•Knowledgeable in the development of Pre-Design Phase such as Bubble Diagram, Matrix Diagram, User Analysis, Workflow Diagram•Must be creative in terms of Design Conceptualization and Presentation of Proposals•Does as built drawings under the direction and supervision of the Design Manager•Able to analyze and translate sketches to AUTOCAD drawings•Familiar in National Building Code of the Philippines•Proficient in AutoCAD, Google Sketchup, VRAY, Lumion, Enscape•Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Trello•Responsible in preparation of Bill of materials and scope of works for Architectural Trade•Note: Please attached your PROJECT PORTFOLIO along with your CV.
