Job Description Reporting
-Accounting manager, Corporate Treasurer
-Coordinates with the Department Heads/Managers
Job summary:
The Assistant Manager / Deputy Accounting Manager is responsible for general accounting and bookkeeping support function, overseeing the daily accounting activities including accounts receivable, payable, disbursements, Financial analysis of operating expenses etc. and assist in the overall activities of accounting & treasury Department,
1) Maintaining the accounting books of accounts.
2) Prepare the related schedules to support the book balances.
3) confirm depreciated cost of fixed assets in coordination with other departments.
4) prepares and consolidates trial balance.
5) Consolidates on-going project warehouse year-end inventories.
6) Consolidates transaction from central office and project sites
7) Prepare
-Income tax return
-VAT returns with supporting list of customer and supplier for reporting to BIR
-Cash position report on a weekly basis or as requested by top management
-Bank reconciliation
8) MOnitor collection schedule and follow up clients
9) Liaise and facilitates fund transfer, online remittances for overseas payables
10) Facilitates opening and or closing of bank account/s for new project and on-going projects.
11) Performs other duties that maybe assigned or required Qualifications Requirement
- Graduated Business administration
- at least 5 years working experience in the same capacity for CPA holder
- at least 10 years working experience in the same capacity for Non CPA
- Has experience with Construction company as same position
- preferable CPA holder Business
Other Language Additional Information This position will be project base
will include
Meal allowance : 150 per day
Transportation : 200 per day
With HMO upon hiring
Initial – project base but can be regular depending on the performance
