Demand Planning Associate

We are looking to hire aDemand Planning Associate.Role and Responsibilities:
Your main role is to collate and analyze all relevant data from all customer channels (with r) to help in developing customer-based demand forecast. This will include
Studying historical sales performance and considering other external/internal marketing inputs
Ensuring to fulfill channel inventory target
Reviewing and coordinating with cross-functional team to include sales, supply/production planning, marketing, etc.

Required Experience:Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, BS Business Administration or any related course
At least 3 years of work experience in demand planning for fast-paced FMCG industry
Highly proficient with statistical and forecasting fundamentals; with real understanding of impact of forecasting on business
Proficient in using Excel program
Strong analytical skills, demonstrates objective thinking
Quick thinking on both macro and micro perspective
Able to work in a highly entrepreneurial environment : quickly adjusts to change and can work to establish new systems and processes
Good communication skills; able to work cross-functionally
Positive spririt and entrepreneurial : not easily bogged down by obstacles
Strong drive, initiative and sense of ownership : will chase up deliverables to achieve targets
Good people management skills. Firm but respectful. Able to work even in challenging situations with maturity.
