Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and analytical Demand Planner to join our team and play a key role in our inventory management process. As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for forecasting stock demand, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring product availability to meet customer needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to the success of our business.Responsibilities:Utilize historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant factors to develop accurate demand forecasts for assigned product categories.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to gather input and insights for forecasting purposes.Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and demand patterns to identify potential risks and opportunities.Develop and maintain inventory replenishment strategies to optimize stock levels while minimizing excess inventory and stockouts.Generate regular reports and analysis to track forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and key metrics.Continuously improve forecasting models, methodologies, and processes to enhance forecast accuracy and efficiency.Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and goods to support production and fulfillment requirements.Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies related to demand planning and inventory management.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or related field.Proven experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain analytics, preferably in a retail or manufacturing environment.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and statistical forecasting techniques.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present complex information in a clear and concise manner.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Experience working with ERP systems and knowledge of demand planning best practices is a plus.Starting Salary: Php 30,000 - Php 40,000Other benefits: HMO & 13th Month Pay
