Come join us and make a difference!ResponsibilitiesKeep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debtsContact banks/collection offices/law firms to inquire of possible offersNegotiate payoff deadlines or payment plansCreate trust relationships with creditors when possible to avoid future issuesUpdate account status and database regularlyAlert superiors of creditors unwilling or unable to work with usComply with requirements from our clientRequirements and skillsProven experience as debt collector / negotiator / debt settlement experienceExperience in working with targets and tight deadlinesKnowledge of relevant legal requirements – USAWorking knowledge of MS Office and databasesExcellent communication, drive, results focused, motivated and people skillsApt in negotiating and persuading to closureAbility to be professional, polite and compassionate without lacking confidenceOther Important Information:Office Address: 14th Floor, Ayala Center Cebu Tower, Bohol St., Cebu Business Park, Cebu CityLandmark: Building with H&M and Mercury Drug.
