Job Description As a Data Validation Analyst , you will engage with the Data Validation System (DVS) to meticulously review data flagged by the system as suspect. Your responsibilities extend to evaluating data from the previous day, diligently identifying any unexplained changes or issues that may have arisen. In response to discrepancies, you will adeptly raise tickets as necessary, contributing to the resolution process.

What's required to get hired Exceptional English communication skills - both spoken and written
Keen attention to detail
Excellent level of Numeracy
Organised & Logical approach
Persistence & Determination
Microsoft office suite - especially outlook, excel and google sheets
Knowledge of client DVS and reports would be an advantage, but training will be provided
What awaits you in this role Business as usual validation - day to day review of data identified by automated system
Using the Data Validation System (DVS) review data identified by the system as suspect
Evaluate the previous days data for unexplained changes / issues
Raise tickets as required
Identify events that may cause these changes in data and make detailed records
Desk research (Google etc)
Reviewing previous tickets (ZenDesk)
Reviewing DVS comments and Analyser calendar entries
Ensure validation deadlines are met in time for client reports
Generate estimations based on set processes where required
Capture screen shots from cameras where required
Review back data as required by Reporting or Customer Service
