Data Quality Specialist - 005SX7 Main Mission The Data Quality Specialist supports the Data Quality Manager to drive and manage the evolution and improvement of Data Quality within Customer Care globally.

Responsibilities
Quality Systems and Methods

Analyze and audit random cases in bFO to measure quality performance of Customer Success teams based on defined quality standards

Analysis and Reporting

Provide structured quantitative and qualitative report of the audit findings

Deliver on time and accurate quality reporting to global teams

Continuous Improvement

Create a culture of continuous improvement through structured feedback mechanism and root cause analysis

Provide inputs for continuous improvement of the data quality audit process

Qualifications

Key Skills and Requirements

Proven passion for data quality discipline with a strong drive for success

Ability to work in a dynamic international environment

Strong quantitative, analytical and organizational skills

Excellent interpersonal, communications and time management skills

Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and work with multiple stakeholders to drive quality

Extremely meticulous in approach to work with outstanding attention to detail

Proven ability to meet established deadlines

Talent for quickly learning new tasks

Education/Experience

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience

Experience: 3-4 years of experience in customer support with quality assurance background or similar experience preferred

Knowledge of Schneider Customer Support processes preferred

Working knowledge of bFO Salesforce preferred
