The revolutionary work this analyst will do will transform how the real estate industry thinks about and manages their property portfolios with environmental & social governance (ESG) in mind This position will report to the **Director of Product Management**.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Compare billing invoice and performance data against AI tools to ensure customers are getting accurate data.- Review system alerts, notifications, and auditing system to verify errors and alert customers to issues- Contacting utility providers, including waste, water, and energy utilities to resolve inaccuracies and ensure that customers have been appropriately billed- Maintain a rigorous daily task list to ensure that all system devices, sensors, and meters are accurately reporting- Assist with billing accuracy in various systems and help with the order management system to ensure that clients receive exceptional support and service.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:LI-BF1PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:WHAT WE OFFER:At RealPage, we're always looking for talented professionals who thrive in a learning work environment that continually supports individual greatness.
