Job Description:

DMCI is looking for a part-time Customer Support Specialist who can work from home in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support position.

Responsibilities:1. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely, and professional responses via phone, email, and chat.2. Assist customers with product information, orders, refunds, and any other issues they may have.3. Resolve customer complaints in a calm and diplomatic manner, aiming to achieve customer satisfaction.4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.6. Identify trends in customer feedback and make recommendations for product improvements.7. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:1. Resourceful and motivated individual who thrives in a remote work environment.2. Possess emotional intelligence and strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers.3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.5. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
