Job Description:

As a Customer Support Specialist at Lazada Philippines, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective support to our customers. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in a professional and courteous manner. In addition, you will actively contribute to improving customer service processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Resolve customer issues and complaints to the satisfaction of the customer- Provide accurate and detailed product information to customers- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions- Identify and report trends in customer issues to management- Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures- Assist in training new customer support team members

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in any field- 1 year of customer service experience- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Motivated and confident personality- Ability to manage people effectively- Creative problem-solving skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
