JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Senior High School, Undergraduates and College graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in BPO/Call Center is an advantage
- Excellent English Communication Skills both written and verbal
- Assertive, strong attention to details and spontaneous
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Should be open to work graveyard shift, shifting schedule, and/or holidays
- Amenable to work in Imus, Cavite
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will assist and resolve customer service inquiries while building a relationship with the customer.
- Answer inbound calls and/or place outbound calls in a high call volume environment
- You will exceed customer satisfaction; efficiency metrics and issue resolution targets. Continuously look for areas of improvement and communicate trends in customer
calls to leadership as appropriate
- Simultaneously navigate multiple software applications and technologies.
- You will demonstrate conflict management skills and maintain professional composure.
