MicroSourcing Philippines Inc. Is looking for Helpdesk Officer for Australia's leading aggregator!


Work for a client that has years of industry experience in all aspects of mortgage broking, working with a wide variety of lenders and in aggregation.


Responsibilities: Responding to broker queries regarding the CRM system and Apply Online via tickets raised into the CRM Helpdesk main queue. Attending to real time chat-based queries about Mercury and Apply online. Assisting requestors on how to use the client's internal CRM system and Apply Online. Escalating Apply Online Incidents to third party NextGen. Ensuring accuracy of the company wiki articles by making or suggesting changes. Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years in similar application / CRM support role Ability to multi-task Exceptional Customer Service focus Quick learner Works well under pressure Gains satisfaction from helping others
