Customer Support Executive

Job Description:
Listen to customer's questions, concerns and provide answers or responses. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication. Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls. Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of Tourism Must be familar with GDS Preferably with 2-3 years working experience in travel industry Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong customer service skills Exceptional organizational skills Ability to multi-task and can work well under pressure Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel & Word) Strong analytical and planning skills
