Job Description:

Silverworks is seeking a motivated and hardworking Customer Support Associate to join our remote team based in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This is an entry-level position with no required years of experience, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer support.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via email, phone, and chat2. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner3. Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience6. Identify and escalate issues to management when necessary7. Maintain customer records and documentation
